How long does shipping take?

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment.

What do I do if I have a problem with my phone case once I receive it?

Are there any precautions due to COVID-19 taken during the production process?

We feel it is important to be safe during this time, therefore, we always wash our hands before we begin the production of the cases and we sanitize all cases prior to shipment.
